The process of buying an apartment

Non-binding reservation
We can pre-book your chosen apartment for 5 days with no obligations to allow you to think about it in peace and give you enough time to discuss any questions you may have with us.

The reservation contract
We will sign the reservation contract. There will be only a small reservation fee of 6,000 euros within 5 days. This amount will be included in the purchase price.

Contract for future purchase agreement
Within two months of signing the reservation contract, we will conclude a future purchase agreement (ZoBKZ) and you will pay an additional payment of up to 20% of the purchase price of the apartment.
04
Purchase contract and handover of the apartment
After the building’s approval, we will sign a final sale contract. This will be the basis fr you to pay the remaining part of the purchase price in the amount of 80%. After this, you only need to arrange the date for the takeover of your new apartment.

Funding

We can help you with financing

You can use your own funds to pay the purchase price, or you can arrange a mortgage.
