Non-binding pre-booking of a specific apartment is valid only after written confirmation from the seller. During the period of valid pre-reservation, the selling price of the apartment as stated in the price list at the time of its pre-reservation is valid. Pre-booking can only be done for 5 calendar days, after which it automatically expires. In exceptional cases, it may be extended by an additional 5 days after confirmation by the seller.
Each apartment has a basement in the basic price.
Most apartments are permanently allocated at least 1 indoor parking space. The price of an underground parking space is from €22,000 incl. VAT.
