The CTR Group is a stable, strong organization with a more than 40-year history. We havea long-standing experience in three main business areas - the production and distribution of building materials, commercial and private aviation, and real estate development projects.

CTR operates in the Real Estate sector in Slovakia, in the Czech Republic and in Germany, and in thse countries, we have completed many significant development projects.

Košice city is close to our heart

We have already completed many residential and commercial projects in Košice. The latest one is the Albelli Residence, which was built on the brownfield after the former Kapitán Nálepka clothing factories in the northern part of the city centre. Like WatsoNova will, the Albelli Rezidence has breathed a new life into an abandoned location and provided much-needed services.
