Non-binding reservation does neither bind to sign a contract nor the right to buy a property. Binding reservation requires a personal meeting with sales representative. During the period of valid pre-reservation, the selling price of the apartment as stated in the price list at the time of its pre-reservation shall be valid. Pre-booking can only be done for 5 calendar days, after which it automatically expires. In exceptional cases, it may be extended for a further 5 days upon confirmation by the Seller.

Each apartment has its own cellar included in the basic price. Nearly all apartment is have been assigned at least 1 underground parking place. Underground parking place price starts from 18 450,- EUR incl. VAT.
