The WatsoNova project is located directly at the
intersection of Festival Square and Watsonova Street, thus creating a natural
node for the whole North-Western part of the city. We plan to create around
6,000 sqm of commercial premises providing shops and services to the residents
of more than 700 apartments in the project plus thousands of apartments and
family houses in the neighborhoods of Watsonova Street, Kalvária, Watsonova
residential district as well as students of the Technical University of Košice.
Most of the commercial units will have excellent
visibility from the main street, private underground parking lots and valuable
public space with a vibrant piazzetta facing the Festival Square.
We count with anchor tenants consisting of 1-2 major
supermarket chains and sutiable mix of additional shops and services.
